Opinions are not facts, and that is where you and some others fall off the wagon. The manufacturer admits their products are defective. That is a fact. I don't see the reasoning behind the defensive fan boy attitudes. Eotech will give you your money back, you aren't stuck with the lemon.. unless you choose to be.

Well....this escalated quickly.
Thanks to everyone for their opinion. I didn't wanna start a brawl cuz at this point in the game, I don't care what you shoot, where you shoot, how often you shoot so long as you obey our laws cuz we are at a point where we should be united. I'm sure I'm gonna get slammed for being an alarmist but it's my opinion.

Either way, went to Calgary shooting center and they straight up said don't do it. Sooooo I bought an fixed 3.4x elcan.
 
Wow. I was about to buy an EXPS-2 and apparently I've been living under a rock and missed all this.
I was going to try something different but I will buy another Aimpoint.
