Eotech on M14/M305

Anyone have experience with using a Eotech sight like a 552/553 on M305? Can it handle recoil best mount for the money etc?
Or anyone use a Elcan scope like what is on C7A2 on. a M305. ?

If you want a straight answer, send the company a note and specify you want to mount it on a .308 Springfield M1A type rifle.

Second question, ditto. I think the Canadian Elcan dealer is a CGN sponsor.

This is how I mounted mine. Works fine, Eotech hasn't shifted poi, seems to be handling the recoil just fine.

I don't post pics anymore online but I've ran the same eotech 552 a65 on M14 types for years. Right now it's sitting on a GM6 Lynx big bad semi auto 50BMG. 100 rounds in and she seems good? (most fun you can have with your pants on too )
