Eotech Refund

I never said I lied about what I paid. I looked up msrp for the most recent sight I purchased just last year, and for a 2007 552 I bought used. I didn't include tax, or shipping on the 552 as I had no idea how much I paid for it 7 years ago, and they accepted that total with full disclosure of what I just said.
I don't consider that to be dishonest. I had no way to find out what a 2007 cost new, and I used the exchange rate from the date of my most recent purchase, not what it is now.
They accepted the amounts, no question (aside from clarification on USD or CDN).
I'm certain they have a better idea than I what their sights are worth, and are fully capable of deciding how much to refund.
Don't buy from me if you feel so strongly about it. I'm fine with that.

Got mine.

So far I have to say that EoTech has been more then fair in their refund process. Now it took them getting sued to get there but that is beside the point.

So for me they have had my optic for close to 5 weeks but no email from them that they have receive it. I sent it Canada Post with delivery notification but no signature.

I am in the same boat. They received my optic the end of December. I have yet to get a second email either. I shipped/insured/signature via Canada Post.
 
My application was just approved. So I guess in about 2 months, from what everyone is reporting, I will see $900. Interesting. I kept some of my Eotechs because I like them on certain guns. Not worried about them not working, they have been good so far. Is there a time limit for applying for the refund?
