Just sent mine off , it's too bad , really like what the Eotech was .
Well i also sent mine in, they offered full refund and i would never been able to sell on the ee for the same amount, the sight was still working fine though. I will miss the reicule , the big window and the non-tinted glass.

Well that's the problem that big circle was great for in close work and there is really no other products similar. Back to an aimpoint T2 for me
Did this affect all models? I have an XPS 2-2 and have never noticed anything unusual or any poi shift. Got mine used off the EE for a good price, I might be able to make a little money on this one

Just a little side track , why the T2 over the T1 ?
I just bought a brand new XPs2 and only mounted it once on a rifle for a day then took it off , mine was made in may 2014 i filled out the form but i got a really good deal on this new unit from a trader in the EE whats a Xps2 worth ?
Its brand new in the case with reg card manual everything even have the original cardboard cover on the plastic case .
Also how bad is this problem really im not planing any trips to where its + 120 degrees i just shoot on vancouver island ! i like the site.
Im just wondering how much of this problem is for extream combat situations that im never gona see anyway.
Has anyone up here had one fail even ?

New and improved. No light blue tint. I like the latest and greatest gadgets.
I have had a T1 purchased new and traded it. Had a used H1 from the ee used it once and sold it. may as well try out the T2! but I always go back my trusty eotech.

Okay , thanks , I'm thinking about the T2 , but miss my Eotech already , hope they get that worked out , the HWS rocks , might end up back with another one myself .

That's why I kept 2. May let one go if the refund is worth it. but definitely keeping 1 no matter what

I put "request refund" in the description of failure section and that's it

Did you guys put a customs declaration on your box

For the customs declaration I just put down the name of the product, i.e. "EoTech 552 (defective product return)".
For those of you considering whether or not to send their Eotech back, there is currently a class action lawsuit in the works:
