The XPS 2-0 is retailing right now between $570-605. I'd be careful with inflating the number as the pricing is easily tracked by serial #. Assuming a 10-15% distributor markup plus a 20-30% dealer markup, the estimated retail price is pretty easily determined.

Why you need to be careful? You send in a claim.. they approve it. Simple. . Unless your way out of line then they will email you personally.
 
Shooting Edge had the 2-0's priced in the range I posted. I say be careful as I assume L3 has the right to deny the refund if they suspect inflated pricing.
 
Anybody know what the retail price is on a 553 model? I can't find any retail prices for this model on any of our sponsor's sites. Thank you.

Seeing how L3/eotech isn't requiring a receipt and offering blanket refunds to everyone in an attempt to avoid very e pensive lawsuit payouts, i doubt they are checking price claims.

How long is is taking you guys to see the RA# emailed back to you? I submitted my request ~10 days or so ago now and haven't had a response. Granted I am sure the holidays have something to do with that but I am curious to know how long this is taking before I can mail mine away.

I had mine in less than 2 days. I just sent it in today. I really hope they come through with the $$$
 
Alright, I'll play. I've submitted my claim for a second hand 512 bought here on the EE. If this works, it might be worth buying them up at $400 and getting refunds at $680.
 
Just sent in my claim for my XPS2-2 which sits on a rifle I barely even use anymore. I'd be happy to get a refund but disappointed with the fact that I now have two Larue mounts (LT-104 and LT-110) which are now really useless as they were made to work with an Eotech optic. I doubt anyone is going to give us anything for those now.
