You should be able to purchase an Eotech with no PAL.

I have purchased lots of scopes (well above $3000 each) and/or reddot (around 1000), never been asked for PAL.

I agree 100%
Tenda was good when I bought an Eotech a few years back but SFRC wanted my pal for a trijicon creedo which I don’t consider a high end optic

Pretty sure.only.if paying with CC because some scammers did charge backs
