Eotech?

My buddy is offering to sell me his eotech EXPS3-0 and a G33.STS Magnifier for a good price.

I have heard Eotech is going bankrupt and and that their sights are faulty.

Should I buy it? Or just save up for a aimpoint? If eotech goes bankrupt, I will not have anyway to get service or warranty work done on my optic?

What do you guys think, Should I buy it?

lol maybe buy it and send the holosight back for the refund Eotech is currently offering, keep the magnifier and use it with the Aimpoint.

Wouldn't the eotech be seized at the border, because it is ITAR?
