I have been there when they have gotten some nutty behavour you would expect from spoiled little girls who are also frequent fliers.

I know the customer is always right but you have to be reasonable about it.

Not saying OP is wrong as always two sides to a story.

I have seen attitudes of indifference and arrogance by employees all over as well.

Those were out of bounds and show stoppers I can understand.

So again, two sides to a story.

But if we try to be nice and polite, the world will be right!

Interestingly, that name belongs to an account that has been banned here.
