Epps Website Order Status

The new site is really slick. Anyone ordered a restricted through it? When I first submitted my order it was listed as "pending" and now when I log into my account now my order status is listed as "completed" and "shipped". Does that mean it really has shipped? There's no tracking, it seems too quick and I haven't received any transfer notice.

Not complaining or anything, I was expecting this to take two weeks and it's only been a couple of days. Just wondering if anyone knows if those status indicators in the website reflect the actual situation.

not sure about the website interface, but last fall, i ordered a pistol on thursday and they had the transfer completed and ready for pickup for me on tuesday. I know our CFO claims to be backlogged these days, but it may actually be completed.

I bought a non-restricted rifle from them 4 months ago. I've received the rifle a week later.
But my order status has never been updated and on today's date it's still showing "Processing".
Never got any tracking number either. Had to call them to get tracking infos.
That would be great if tracking numbers could be provided to the buyer through an email when order is shipped.

I ordered a revolver from them just before Xmas, It arrived at the post office in Alberta 6 days after I completed the order on-line.

I find Ellwood to be pretty quick when shipping restricted stuff.

Survey says -- the Epps site order status is accurate. SO FREAKING FAST!

Placed the order Thursday, gun arrives at my home six days later, you just can't beat that.
