Equipment Exchange Forums

I'm sure the answer to this is somewhere, but I'm not web-smart enough to find it.

When I click on the any of the equipment exchange forums, they all come up "no postings listed", and if I try to start a new post, I apparently do not have the right to do that. Are all those forums really blank, and what do I need to do to start a new posting in one of them?

Sorry. I was looking to find out how to access that forum, but drew a blank. I've now applied.

I can't believe how long I've gone without knowing about this site. It is incredible.
