We're in the middle of a blizzard here today so I will ask him tomorrow. I don't think he is much of an online guy and I don't think he is into the routine of checking this daily

to whom it may concern,

it has been around 5 or 6 weeks now, just curious what else I have to do in order to have access to the equipment exchange. I do believe I have followed all the steps that
are stated in the Equipment Exchange section.

I just added info to my profile.
