Equipment Exchange

Can anyone explain how to get into the equipment exchange. I have tried without success.
Please explain.

You scroll down the different headings until you reach the 'Equipment Exchange' heading. There is a notation in RED that tells you to click there to apply for access to the Equipment Exchange. You fill out the required info and in a few days to a week you should have access if there are no issues. Hope this helps you.
