EST russian top mount, 1 inch rings.. Stripped :(

I have a winchester wildcat .22 and I recently ordered an EST top mount with 1 inch rings for it to mount my scope.

The mount is very sturdy and solid. It's steel. Sadly, I couldn't read any sort of instructions, as they are all in russian.

Anyway: EACH screw for the rings stripped to some degree. After I got two of the screws off, I could see small rust particles that no doubt attributed to the seizing of the screws.

I have inquired if the dealer has any screws he can replace mine with and I am awaiting a response. I have no idea what size they are, so I can't even begin to search for other options.

Not complaining about the dealer, or the product, just venting about the situation.

Anyone have any great places you buy unique screws from?
 
Got to Fastenall it's right behind Dlask Arms. If you can't find it there than you are store for some serious headaches.
 
Update:
The phone number provided in my order to discuss any questions/ problems was actually a fax number. Awesome. Two emails sent, no answer yet. For now, my poor winchester wildcat remains still and unused.
