ETA for Bassett Machines M14 scope mount

Hey guys, just wondering who had ever ordered a M14 scope mount from Bassett Machine? If yes, how long you roughly have to wait?
I ordered mine via (FRAUD ALERT) on Dec 1. (they do have a shipping option for Ontario, which is where I am) But now it is nearly 2 weeks and the item is still not showing shipped on my account. Emailed them yesterday morning and no reply. Both phone numbers showing on the website and (FRAUD ALERT) account went straight to voice mail without ringtone.. I ordered the $159 low mount and I wonder if that is against the export/import regulation? (for the $100 limit thing...)

Any info is much appreciated.

Never mind guys. I just received the (FRAUD ALERT) notification tonight saying that it is shipped with USPS. I will let you guys know when I got it.... ;-)

I ordered mine from bassett too about 2 months ago. Waiting was a bit long, but man was it ever worth it. Simple, clean and full zero returnability (at least on my lrb receiver).

I will make you a nice Christmas present.
 
What a weird coincidence! I was doing my research for a scope mount this morning and I basically converged to the Bassett mount and more specifically the low mount. I was just about to order it and I stopped right there wondering the same thing about the export…then I saw this post.
Nice! I guess I’ll have to expect a little waiting if I go through with it.

Could it be that the (FRAUD ALERT) took some time to clear too?

Good to know someone has already got it. At least I have peaceful mind now knowing mostly neither of the customs will retain it... these regulations are just killing me....make me feel like I was criminal...=P Thanks latouf!!

@Almar, I doubt it was (FRAUD ALERT), as I have been buying all kinds of stuffs from eBay and using only (FRAUD ALERT), and the sellers are mostly from US or China and fastest one was shipped just the next morning. I think they are just a bit overwhelmed. And I bet you if I had not sent them the order status quote, I would wait even longer....

Always good to meet people online who are in the same boat! LOL!
 
I have ordered two mounts from Bassett ....don't remember how long it took....was reasonable .....receieved both no problem
 
I can't say about shipping, as I got mine through EE, but I can assure you they work like a charm. Couldn't be simpler to setup (rifle weight with the provided tool, then I added about a half centimeter to it). It was almost zero on the first installation and returned to where it was when reinstalled. The only weak point I can think of is the looks of the mount. The ugliest of the mid/high end bunch...
