Evo 3 carbine or pistol?

On your registration it will either read pistol or commercial version of an SMG.
Both will state "Commercial Version".
On the registration certificate there is no way to tell besides the barrel length. Under their systems though (such as the FRT table) it will list the model and that will state either pistol or carbine.

So if you have the pistol length model, how can you tell if your particular unit can be converted to NR or not? (Since they are all "Commercial Variant")
Edit: My previous understanding was anything with the model "CZ Scorpion EVO 3 S1 Pistol", as per the transfer notice, is R forever.
Edit 2: Also, is Firearm Identification Number the same as the FRT entry number? If so, why doesn't the registration FIN match either FRT entry you posted?

FIN is an RCMP generated serial for their book keeping fer each firearm. And its not just the short evos at risk of being permanent R, the longer ones that may have been imported as such are that as well.
The commercial smg variant vs pistol was just the info I gathered from the Dlask NR evo thread, interesting if incorrect tho.
All the "pistol" length models are stuck as "pistols".
Only if you bought one of the "carbine" length models can it be changed.
Both are sold as restricted models.

Stupid thing is, that you can buy the longer front forend and the same barrel that turns the "carbine" non-restricted works on the "pistol" version.
Just curious, if they are sold as pistols, why can't you get 10 rd. magazines for. them. I would get one in an instant,but went with the colt because of the mag limitations. I also have the kriss on the list,(restricted version) but keep hearing reliability issues with them.
