I picked up a RCBS APS primer setup from an online retailer a month ago. Went to use it a week ago and found it was missing the small hardware and bushing package. After trying the retailer for support and not having any success I sent an email to RCBS directly. One week later I received a reply from them asking for my address so they could ship all the missing parts out free of charge and eat the cost of the postage.

I have to say that from a manufacture I am completely amazed by the quality of there customer service. I was never even asked for proof of purchase or anything.

I had a similar experience, except with some used dies. Dealers couldn't do much but gave me a ph. #. RCBS shipped the parts out direct, free of charge no freight etc.

I have had nothing but good experiences from RCBS, they even cover stuff that you have bought used.
I wish more businesses would treat their customers like RCBS does.

How true!! I bought a used set of 30-06 dies at a garage sale.
Found out the FL die had a burr inside, and would scratch my cases.
Sent the die back to RCBS, explaining what happened, and asked if they could polish out the scratch.
Imagine my delight to receive a brand-new FL die, no charge. :D
RCBS rocks, in my opinion.

I know now why I buy only RCBS equipment. I have never had to use the warranty under RCBS until now. I sent an email yesterday to order an expander ball unit for my .223 die that I royally screwed up when I was goofing around adjusting it. It was completely my fault. I simply asked if I could order the part direct with no explanation as to why or what it was for. They emailed me back the next day telling me that one was already on its way under warranty! That is impressive customer service!

I also bought a rcbs universal Han primer and when I opened the box I found it had the parts for there other hand primer that uses shell holders. I made a call to rcbs and emailed them as well and to my shock and amazement they sent me 2 sets of the correct parts. Which is a good thing ause the first thing I did was misplace the small primer assembly lol.
