First off thanks to everyone for the kind words, Yes I know these styles of patterns are an acquired taste (yes MINE! 
), these were just fun little projects as I was looking for something enjoyable & different, as flat 'black' just IS NOT cutting it for me anymore...
The finish, (like majority of finishes out there) are not 'immune' to scratching, all of my personal firearms are treated with the utmost of care at all times, with that said this clear coat finish will do all Id need it to & pricing is available on their website, as well as their threads under their section

I like your taste, not paint but I also did the snake thing on my 1911.
