Hi Everyone,

I'm excited to join the forum here and learn from fellow hunters and target shooters - in particular those interested in loading match-grade 308. I'm just finalizing my first 308 match round (with muzzle brake) and am trying to develop a complimentary hunting load that will hit the same zero at 100m (accurately and consistently) but without the muzzle brake. If you have advice please share. My brake lifts POI about 2-3 inches, depending on bullet.

Suggest that 2 loads are developed, one with and one with out the brake.

Set the first one up for a POA/POI, the second one will print ~3" high according to your findings, adjust sight to the new POI.
