expanded neck / shortened length

[Super Scout]

I have several 100 brass in .308 Winchester. They are measured at 2.005" long. I am now planing on converting them to 358 Winchester. Manuals state the length to be the same at 2.005". I resized 50 cases with my RCBS full length 358 Win die. Measured the case length now and they are running between 1.895" and 1.980". Will this create a problem inside the chamber?
Will the cases stretch out to 2.005"? Will fireforming lengthen the case?

They are fine.

They may gain a bit of length after firing but chances are you may not have to trim for several firings if at all.

That's how I have been making a shooting them for years!
