If you own one, like to hear your experience with it. Pros and cons, reliability, etc... and if you were to spend that much, what would you get instead. Thanks.
I think they are the Best Buy if your buying a complete rifle. I have a dlask build with Kidd trigger group and Kidd bolt assembly. Shoots nice. Worth the money easily. I also have a fancier one built on a volquartsen stainless receiver and the rest is all Kidd parts and that receiver is the smoothest thing I have ever used. The dlask is worth the money. 6-700$ for a full rifle I think. Don't even question it. Solid stuff quality parts too
For the money, you can't do better. I have never purchased a DAR22 as a completed firearm, but I have built a dozen rifles using Dlask parts, and they are top quality. Also, Joe will stand 100% behind his products.
I've had 2 dlask dar22's built for me. 12" and 16.5" cerakoted action. They perform fantastic. They Have operated more reliably than my standard 10/22's, and have a smoother action . The basic build is on par with the Ruger vleh price wise I believe. And with the dlask you would be getting a much better reciever and built-in rail. And most importantly i have found they shoot better groups than the 10/22, when comparing the dlask 16.5" to my Ruger vleh 16.5".
