Well I bought 140 rounds of these for my new Norc for 10 bucks a box.I went thru about 40 rounds on a windy/rainy day... (yeah the first day out with it) and they seem to work fine.
TACTICAL111 i would like to know how you can tell those are Lapua, i`ve seen lots of factory brass that looked similar.
maybe the op could tell us what the bottom says, maybe i`m wrong

Please reduce the size of your pictures.
As mentioned, it's just the discolouration caused by annealing that hasn't been polished out. Nothing to worry about.
Annealing is how the work hardening created when the brass is drawn or repeatedly resized is removed.
