Explain please? (discoloration)

CRAFM sells 20 round boxes of PSD .223 for $10.00 a box.
It's annealed just like the photo on post #1.

Shoots well and is really nice to reload.
It has crimped primers which take a little more work but it's worth it.
 
Yea Winchester_II now that I see the pictures it's defiantly like everyone else says it's annealing, just like my PM to you it extends the life of the brass if they're reloads, but I guess according to some of the guys it's left on some new loads as well, so nothing to worry about, happy shooting, and yes defiantly save your brass if your going to get into reloading.

Yes, all bras is annealed during its manfufacture process, but it seems that not all the com0anies polish the brass as part of their manufacturing process - lapua is one, IIRC Prvi paritan ammo is not polished either.
