Explain To Me What the Difference is Between WS MCR and WX MCR?

What is it that you felt looked cheap on the MCR?

The furniture that came on my WK is genuine Magpul.
The furniture I saw on that MCR is (99% sure) aliexpress garbage.

The receiver on my WK is very nicely machined from one piece of aluminum.
The receiver on that MCR looked like bunch of pieces crudely bolted together.

The surface finish and anodizing looks 1000% better on my WK.

Having said all that; I've been told that the MCR has better quality internal parts.
And that very well may be true. Although I haven't broken anything on my WK yet either.

I don't know why, but I feel like my old Norc AR was built better than my MCR, and that it would have been more reliable in the long run. (ie. in a zombie apocalypse, I'd be reaching past my MCR to grab the old Norc).

That would be a great Youtube video. Norc AR versus WSMCR meltdown. I'd click to watch that, and see which rifle could survive mag dumps longer.


No idea, just a feeling. Maybe it's the longer barrel of the MCR that gives it a goofy awkward heavy feeling, as well. I don't know. Just doesn't feel quite right.
