Exporting Eotech

Hi, what are the laws on exporting an Eotech? I have a potential buyer from Italy and woud like to know if I can ship it to him or not.

AFAIK, shipping from Canada to Italy shouldn't be a problem.........but does require export paperwork........

If the product is made in USA you will require permission from DOS to re-export an ITAR controlled item in order to obtain a Canadian export permit. That is if the plan is to export it legally, if not.........
