Just that, hunting for a new one, the one on the rifle is getting tired and slipping over rims occasionally.

Any M98 extractor should work, but they do require proper fitting.

Have a look on Trade-EX, they have Mauser98 parts.

have you tried tightening the tension on the collar to hold it snug to the bolt body, and then increasing the tension by tweaking the rear of the extractor?

thats all you would really be doing by 'fitting' a milsurp 98 extractor
