Extractor for 7.62x39 AR bolt?

Hey friends, was having nice day at the range until my extractor broke.

I'm having a hard time finding a replacement extractor for a 7.62x39 bolt.
Or for that matter, any extractor at all that isn't being sold as part of a 'bolt kit' or similar.

Windham, who makes the AR I have, has 7.62x39 extractors listed on their website but checkout says they are ITAR items and I can't select Canada as a shipping destination.
I plan to call them on Monday to double check if they will ship, but does anyone have any other sources (especially in Canada) that they could recommend in the meantime?

Update:
On the advice of Steiner I ended up emailing Windham on Feb 6th asking if it was possible to send me a replacement extractor.
They replied on Feb 15th saying that they would see what they could do and asking for my mailing address and the serial number of my rifle.
I replied with the requested info the same day.
I never heard back from them, BUT, today an extractor showed up in my mailbox.

So overall, communication was a little poor on their part but mission accomplished.
