extractor trouble

Hi everyone: I have a model 94 AE in 357 mag that doesn't pull the brass out of the chamber all of the time.
sometimes it is O K, and sometimes it pulls it out part way and then lets go. It looks like only a tiny corner of
the extractor is contacting the rim. Does anyone have experience with this? I don't monitor the computer all the time
so may not reply immediately, but I will read and appreciate any advice offered.

Try scrubbing the chamber out first with solvent and a good bore brush. This might alleviate some hangups due to a dirty chamber.
I had a 94 in 38/357 and another in 44 Mag. Each one had it's own problems. Winchester should have kept them in the 92 style action.

Thanks for the help, I think it is pretty clean, I'm going to take it apart and see if there is crud under the extractor, or some other hangup
