Hi guys,
Looking for a solution to an ongoing problem I have with obtaining the correct eye relief on my rifle.
I have a Browning Euro, long action, in 7mm Rem Mag. I have a Leupold
Vari - X 111, 31/2 x 10 x 50 mounted on it. I have tried standard scope rings and also rings with the extended front ring but am unable to get the correct eye relief, especially when wearing hunting apparel, ie warm winter clothing and heavy camo gear etc. I know that the length of pull is quite long but I am loathe to cutting the stock down.
I am sick of trying to get a sight picture without having to compromise the mounting of the rifle.
Any suggestions as to a suitable mount/ring assembly would be greatly appreciated.
