Hey everyone. I am considering purchasing a used F.A.S. 602 Target Pistol, 22LR. I have read up a bit on it and all I could find that is a bit of a deterrent is the fact that it is difficult to find a North American brand of .22LR that discharges reliably. Are there any other issues with this particular firearm that I am unaware of?

Thank you.

I also had a 601, I don't remember it being fussy, but never had the 602 Strange system, but a Hi Qaulity gun.
Mind you I have had others that where just as good.
Hammerli , Hi Standards.

Most of those Olympic grade guns had great triggers. I has a Vostock 75 free pistol that you could go way too light, I think I had it about 6 grams.
One of my Hi-Standard Olympics was set at 16 oz., though my scale did not work at those numbers, I used weights, and guessamations.
BTW the 601 I had was recoiless.

Yeah mine was in the realm of stupid light.
22short and comped off the chamber.
Very Very loud.

Only pistol I could double with.
