F-Open or Stay F-TR?

My suggestion is to shoot with the biggest competitive field you can. In my oppinion competing against two other people in your class is not much fun. I shoot F-open because i have more guys to compete against in Alberta. If i was shooting every match against a couple guys i'd switch to F-tr. Its all about sending lead down range and learning something with every shot, not the gun your doing it with. Just my opinion!!!
Cheers, and good luck.

Well said Eric.

That is why I built the 308. It is exactly the same rifle as my 300 except for chamber and shoots the same bullet, powder and primer. I shoot a lot in the lower mainland of BC and most of the time there are only 2 - 3 of us in open class while F-TR has about 20 - 25. From Kamloops eastward to Manitoba, I found F-Open is the best supported class.
