Fabarm Disassembly help..

Hi,

I just got a Martial Proforces and I'm having a little trouble getting the trigger assembly out of the receiver. After removing the 2 pins, I try to pivot the assembly out of the receiver, however the bolt release bar rides inside a groove in the receiver and does not clear when I try to take it out. I don't want to bend or force anything. Am I missing something here?

My Martial Tactical (standard stock) tg comes out with no problems after removing the two pins. Is it possible that you are trying with it cocked? Don't know if that makes a difference though. Another thing that you might look at is if the stock needs to be loosened off a bit - possibly the pistol grip holds it in more than the standard stock does.

Edit: Just looked at a picture of a Proforces - it does appear that you will need to remove the stock as it locks the tg in.

i dont know if you need to as i have only done it a few times myself, but i took the stock off and the trig mec came out no problem

Yup, the pistol grip seems to get in the way. Nevertheless, that TG sure is in there a lot tighter than other shotguns I've had.
