Fabarm Martial Pistola 11" Shotgun NOW IN STOCK at TSE!!

Oh, and I should also add that there is a little single-point sling attachment plate between the buttstock and the receiver. Nothing too fancy, but it looks like it should do the trick.

1. The forend is slightly shorter on the Pistols to accommodate the shorter barrel and shorter mag tube. No downside to it at all. it makes for a nice compact forend.

2. "HD" is engraved (or roll marked) on both sides of the receiver. Not sure what it actually means, or why it is in this model and not others... But it looks fine I guess.

Other than that, same ghost ring sights as longer models; same buttstock as others; same threaded barrel and thread cap. Everything else is the same.

Thanks, I also think that the forend looks better on the 11. It looked, IMO, too bulky on the 14.

Been a few years since I owned my 14" Fabarm but the rubbing was a real PITA.
krausb, any chance you can source a regular forend to replace the OEM loaf of bread? I would be interested in a 11"er
 
Nice little shotgun!

I just got mine from TSE, along with a Pro Forces pistol grip, and its great!

It measures at about 29 5/8" with the proforces stock on. Length of pull is shorter on the Pro Forces compared to the regular stock it comes with.

Is buying it with the pro-forces stock an option or did you buy that stock separate from the gun? Thanks
 
Back to the forearm rubbing the receiver issue for a minute please. I have never held a Fabarm but I am wondering if they come apart like an 870 couldn't the inside of the forearm be sanded down to stop the rubbing?

I am really interested in one of these but the thought of a $1,000 shotty with parts rubbing making marks is a turn-off.

Interesting question maddog but I suggest that you start a new thread with your question as members who could answer your question do not necessarely follow krausb's post...which we already hijacked a few times...

I've heard of guys rigging an 870 forend to work on a Fabarm with minimal butchering. I think there may actually be a thread on here from 2 or 3 months ago about exactly that...

That said, TSE used to sell (I'm talking 5 or 6 years ago) a Fabarm-made replacement forend that was shorter and rounder. It looked very similar to the old Winchester defender forends, except synthetic. But I haven't seen one of these for a lot of years and no one currently working at TSE has ever heard of this part so I assume is was long ago discontinued...

The short answer is yes. the forened comes off a Fabarm somewhat similarly to an 870. I can't see why you couldn't file or sand it down a bit.

Yes, I remember that now and a CGN member posted pics about the mod.
I directed my question to you because for some reason I thought you were affiliated with TSE.....my mistake but thanks for the answer.
