Fabarm Sights (Martial)

I'm going to be ordering a Fabarm martial composite 14" with the regular stock in the next week. I'm not sure if I should get the factory Fabarm (LPA) sights though- they seem like they stick up quite high (at least the front sight does).

Should I just get a smith to install lower profile ghost rings on it instead?

I'll mainly be using it for a fun gun with the occasional slug and for camping/ wilderness protection so I'd like everything to be low profile, snag-resistant, and quick handling.

The fibre optic ghost rings that came on mine were great for what they were (and I mean that, they are really great sights) but I still wish you could get a set with tritium inserts instead of the FO.
 
I haven't taken my Fabarm anywhere but the range but I quite like the LPA sights that comes standard on the high-end Fabs.

They seem quite durable, and lower sights...wouldn't be that much lower would they.
