Fabarms SAT 8 3"

Can anyone advise whether the SAT will shoot 3" shells? The 4 page (EN) instructions manual was not of any help.

Isn't the gauge and shell length supposed to be stamped on the barrel on any new manufacture shotgun imported to Canada?
