I have this FN 220 swift and I am interested to know more about is history and how it ended up on the Canadian market. It appears that it could custom made rifle. Does anyone have information? Thank you

Any information surface on this rifle. Appears to be a commercial FN action-ed 98 stocked for a left hand shooter. What power is the scope? Ron
