I was re-sizing some once fired 270 win cases for a friend, noticed that the primers looked like they were glued in with something, some had blue others had red along the edge of the primer and primer pocket. Did the ammo maker use locktite to hold the primers in ? Anyone know what that red and blue stuff is on the primers?
