Factory "camo" finish

Just wondering what some of your experiences are with shotguns that have the factory camo finish, advantage max 4 etc.? I am talking in terms of how they wear, how rugged is the finnish, is the finish similar to being parkerized? I have heard of some that chip off and would like to know if it is worth the extra money to get one with this finish. I am looking at a Stoeger P350 pump in Advantage Max 4.

I had a P-350, fairly reliable gun, had major issues with customer service, the finish is so-so with regards to durability, it chips off.

I would never buy another. Another $100 or so gets you an 870 chambered in 3.5" in cammo, twice the gun...

If you want details regarding my Stoeger nightmare.....IM me, but I had the same gun, came with 5 chokes too!

I also have the exact same shot gun that was won last winter at a DU raffle. I have only shot it a couple of times and so far so good. I guess I will see this fall how well this finish stands up to regular hunting use. It sure does pack a whollup using 3.5" shells though!!
