Factory Crimp Die.....why?

oh, the 35's are great, no doubt. I primarily use them, at ~3100fps. But they drop velocity rapidly, and going to a 40 should get just a bit more range outta the Hornet

FYI if you have odd or rare calibers, Lee Precision will custom make Factory Crimp Dies for any caliber. Just seat a bullet in an empty case... obviously that means no primer or powder... to the exact C.O.L. and ship it to them.

It doesn't cost a lot and the Lee factory crimp dies are absolutely the best.

I use 'em for .45-70 and I just sent off a dummy .458 Lott to Lee Precision to get a factory crimp die made up.
