fair asking price for my 5r?

I've been mia for quite some time and not sure on prices. What would be a fair price for my rem 5r .308 300 hand loudspeaker down there barrel. Is bedded has a break on it and a ferall I think is the name 20 moa rail. Mint condition.

I bought a 5r with 510 timney trigger, Bell & Carlson A3 stock (looking to sell), 20MOA rail, harris copy bipod, cheap paracord sling, and a cheekpad for 1450 shipped.

The brake makes it harder to sell, especially if you add the cost of it onto your asking price. I believe they're around $1300 new so add your $200 fees for unboxing, firing etc plus 15% for EE inflation and you should be right around $1600 plus shipping
If I were in the market for a box stock one in good shape I'd consider $900-1000 a fair price but I don't buy precision rifles off the EE anymore unless they're new in box.
