.22win mag is expensive!! Thats a good one and they fetch good coin. There is quite the cult following for guys who convert them to .17hmr. They arent cheap, and will sell fast. Personally id hold on to it. But thats me, you do what u want.

Happy shooting

kind of making me want to put it back in storage for a five or ten more years talking like that. see what its worth then. sure would like a nice M1A.

Is it the single or double extractor? I've got a single extractor one with a Lilja barrel in a Boyds thumbhole. I had the receiver nickel plated and the rifle is an absolute drill. Lucky having one in that condition!!!!

I've never seen one before and yours is a mighty fine example.
Oil'er up and pewt'er away fer a few fort-nites.
This one is a better investmint than a bateman.

the thing about cheap guns that are hard to get is that sooner or later someone will see there is a market there and fill it.
RIA is already making a 10/22 knock off.
i would imagine that sooner or later someone will either put out another 10/22 mag or at least another 22mag semi auto and then the price of yours will drop.
(example look at Colt Python, in high demand right now so a knock off is coming out to capitalize on it)

if your into keeping cool guns then thats gravy your gonna have a sweet little original gun to show off and use.
but if your only interest is money then your probably not going to gain anything by sitting on it for 5-10 years as im sure someone will put one out and kill the price of yours.

at the end of the day that is a really nice looking rifle and its the first ive seen, now im kinda interested in shooting one!

thing about knock offs is they are just that, knock offs. those pythons wont hurt the price of the real ones at all. if someone wants the real deal then they don't want a cheap knockoff. i want a good M14 rifle but i wouldn't take a free 305. but that's my opinion.

how many M305 have sold in Canada over the last 20 years?

20,000?
50,000?
100,000 ????

some people dont mind knock off's
i know i have a M305.
