and not just on ebay but here on E.E
i bought a new Bushnell dusk&dawn 3-9-50mm R/G reticles on E.E last year ,
original box+Genuine warranty and all instruction paper , put on my win70 and try some bullet at the range. a few month later ...ready for my hunting trip so another few bullet at the range ,when i open the cap to put battery i saw the rubber o-ring out ,btw 1 or 2 turn for open lumined reticle and the rubber broke!
some rubber particule are now visible from inside the scope
i have post a thread about this on Gunsmithing forum and some of you tell me to contact busnell canada!

so i ship the scope and after 5 month i received this email
i have pm the seller and right after i tell this story ...i received emt of ###$ on my account and a apologize for this mess (after one year)
so be carefull if you buy scope

What's your complaint? A year later the seller refunded your money and apologized? A year later most people would tell you tough luck.
