Fake cans?

does anyone in canada have a fake can suppressors for sale? questar has them listed but not in stock.

anyone know? i'd even be happy with an airsoft copy if it fit 1/2-28.

Just import them. They are barral shrouds and legal to import.

I think I'm going to turn some of these things on the lathe and make a few bucks.
What OD and length would be appropriate?
Knurled rings?
Aluminum would be drilled straight through, threaded with 1/2-28 tap.
Buyer could apply whatever tactical spray paint he desires.

The Airsoft stuff is made of aluminum....not plastic and come threaded to screw on a barrel and they tend to run around $25. Airsoft-club have them from a few different manufacturers and different lengths also. DBoys is one of the main manufacturers.

Considering they go over the barrel, hence the name barrel shroud, the barrel would have to blow up to take out the "can" and I don't think in my many decades of shooting have I ever experienced or seen a barrel blowing up on a rifle.

Most of the Airsoft rifles that these pieces are made for are now aluminum with steel barrels and such to mimick the weight and feel of the real deal. Steel gear drives and such also. It's the reason the good ones start around $500.
