FAL Metric Mags (.308/7.62x51) back in stock!

Apparently the DSA mags have been unavailable in the US for a couple of years. I ordered (5) of these ones, nice and easy to get right here in BC

Well if any dealer gets them in stock ill be sure to pick some up. There are also some on gunbroker.

We found these by the wayside, most still wrapped in grease paper - all in very good to excellent condition.

70s era unissued military 20 round FAL mags, pinned to 5 rounds.

They are steel in either grey and black colour.

$59.99 each

PMAGS will not work in a RFB. On magpul's website for their 7.62x51 magazine it says:

NOTE: NOT compatible with Armalite AR-10B, Noveske N6, Rock River Arms LAR8, FN SCAR 17S or any other rifles that utilize M14 type, FN FAL, or HK 91/G3 magazines.

not what I wanted to hear :(

I don't think so....the metric mags can work in inch guns but they need to be altered. At least that's what a gunsmith told me years ago when we were still allowed to shoot the FAL:(

They work fine, I have a little experience with this, the mag and ammo fed fine, the reliability of Argentinian ammo left out in the south atlantic for 2 years was surprisingl;y good although the accuracy wasnt great!

Inch pattern work in the RFB without modding? I understood the locking tab had to be filed down to fit the catch on the RFB?
