The reason I ask is that I purchased two FM scopes from AGW. They are no longer involved with the brand.
My 1.5-5 failed internally; a year ago I sent it to one of the businesses currently handling FM, and nothing has happened since.
My 4.5-14 has now become unserviceable - the entire ocular assembly is wobbling on the tube.
Is there any point in trying to obtain service, or should I just write FM off as a bad experience, and chuck it?
