Falcon Menace vs the ZOS

When I look at these two scopes, there is no difference the tube contour is the same. So I would assume they are made in the same factory, China. I have used the ZOS and they are a good buy for the money. Falcon ????????
Perhaps someone here can explain the difference ie money wise.

I looked through a ZOS last fall and threw-up in mouth a little.

Well Ok you ask a dumb question, and get a stupid answer.

The tubes are from the same source. The lenses in the Falcon are made to a much higher spec and the scope is assembled in England. The ZOS is 100% made in China to whatever spec ZOS is paying for. Falcon would be the superior scope.
