What do you all think of Falcon scopes? I have a bushnell banner 6-24x40 and don't really like it. I was looking into a falcon with MOA turrets, is it worth the swap or should I stick with the bushnell?

The Falcon scopes have 94% light transmission. So decent but not as good as the Bushnell Elite 4200, Burris Fullfield II, Zeiss Conquest etc. They have some decent reticles and some are illuminated. I prefer the one tube designed and FFP ones. I only use mine on 22LR and 223 though. I find the adjustments too vague on most ie mushy. Otherwise they are a decent optic. I'd go with something better though for hunting or serious target shooting with a centerfire.

They aren't bad and can be well suited for some uses. I use the 4-14x FFP on a couple of 22LR semi autos, a mini14 target model and the 6-18x on a 223 bolt, and a couple of rimfires. I really like them for rimfires as they can adjust down parallax wise to indoor ranges.

Was actually using a Falcon Menace today on a Savage .308, nice groups at 200 yds. For a cheap scope they work fine for plinking. If I am competing it's the NF or S&B

Only issue so far with my 4-14X44 FFP is the spongy adjustments, like Epoxy7 was saying. My next one will be a S&B, NF or something similar used, cuz I can't afford new.

I have a 4-14 FFP and the reticle is now canted 4 degrees. I am currently shopping for a replacement FFP and pay more. The Falcon one probably go on a Rimfire. It's too bad, I had high hope for the scope.
