Falcon Price Help Please...

I bought a Falcon Menace 5.5-25 Metric EMD optic a few years back when I decided to try precision rifle. It's probably been to the range three times and sat in the safe for the rest. It's mounted on a set of Burris Xtreme Tactical rings.

Any idea what a fair price would be on the EE?

Thanks, I just don't follow precision rifles/optics to guess the value.

Trouble with selling these used is the 1 year warranty and the fact that a new one is less than 500 bux. I have one on a Winchester 70 and love it. Its an excellent scope for the money.

If it were mine, I'd get $450.00 rings included or else I'd keep it. Buyer saves tax and rings over a new one. Its not like $ in the bank is paying anything.

Falcon's warranty sucks...the website says lifetime warranty but what they don't say is that they've only been doing that for the last 18 months or so. Basically if you don't have a receipt, you don't have a warranty. This is a huge deal when you can spend a little more to buy a Vortex or Leupold and get a better scope and hassle free warranty. Resale value is defineatly affected.
