I've had my 'Rinco M14 for a few years and have always wanted to put a decent scope on it. I've considered the 3200 mildot and the Super Snipers, but have always wanted to get a decent variable power, with target turrets. Problem is, a variable with turrets is going to cost a fair amout more than I wanted to budget.

After reading that thread, I contacted CyberK for the same model. Dealing with Mike was awesome, and the scope was out quickly.
I mounted the 2.5x10 variable power scope to the M14 with TPS rings onto an ARMS 18 mount. I needed to remove the rear appeture site assembly to use the only 30mm rings I had floating around, while trying to keep the scope as low as possible.
The scope bell clears the upper handguards by about 2-3mm.
I headed to the range today and put around 240 rounds down range alltogether. With a quick boresighting before I left home, the scope was on paper at 100m within a couple of rounds. I then fired a number of groups with both IVI and Santa Barbara 7.62mm. With the 100m zero, I fired 20 rounds to confirm & see how the Santa Barbara ammo stacked up, and settled on it for the rest of my range seasion:
100m at 10x:
100m at 2.5x:
I then moved back to the 200m point and fired 2 5 round groups to get my come-ups. With 200m recorded, I moved back to the 400m mound, got my elevations for it, and fired aproximately 70 rounds slow deliberate fire.
400m firing point:
400m at 10x:
400m at 6x:
After 400m, I went back to 200m and dialed down to my 200m elevation and fired another 80 or so rounds.
Figure 12 with about 150 rounds from 400m & 200m:
I totally concur with Jamie's review on all points & overall I am very pleased with this scope. The elevation adjustments were bang on going up and down the range, and kept it's zero with no issues for close to 200 rounds. For the price point, the glass is excellent.
If anyone is in the market for a variable scope with turrets, they would be well served by a Falcon.
