falling block actions

The BSA Martini Int'l Mk II is definitely a fun gun.

The advertisement from the 1950's states it will keep 10 shots inside an inch at 100 yards still has truth 60 years later.
While mine is referred to as my 100 yard gun it could have beat the 40XR at the weekend shoot.
With gunsmithing and add on's, it has more than doubled in value . . . I say 2 G's just to keep it.
Lever76 currently shows his Mk I as SPF, was listed at $875. Hopefully we will see reports.

Varner Favourite best Stevens Favourite out there including the originals

I'd love a scalled-down version of the Ruger #1 in 22lr... But I'd settle for a E.A. Brown 97D again in 22lr :D

That is very nice.

I have 4 different martini miniature rifles in .220, also have one in 256win. I also have 2 full size actions one in .577 snider and one in .218bee. Love the falling blocks. I had 4 stevens favorites in differing quality 3-32rf 1-25rf. I am very partial to the martini miniatures now, the quality of the actions and how well they shoot is great. Would love to find one in .357mag or .22hornet.

Once you start down this road, you will never turn back. I haven't.
