Regarding it being lefty friendly, hope you like brass flying infront of you. It expends empties out the right side of the gun.

The Ottawa Citizen database has 6 FG42s on record. One each to individuals in AB and NS, one to a museum in Ontario postal code P7, and three to a museum in Ontario K1 (that would be the War Museum). All are listed as Fullauto Prohibiteds.

Marstar is bringing some high quality German repro's of these guns and some others in. In some cases they are so close that parts can be used on the real thing, while the 'naughty bits' won't fit at all. They're expected to be in the Black Special price range.

Bummer if their not gonna make them in a more common cartridge like 7.62x39 but oh well, can always settle on the MP38.
